Just announced: Second #IABCLI keynote

Chapter and region leaders from around the world will be connecting in Austin, Texas, 20-22 February for the annual IABC Leadership Institute (LI). LI is an opportunity for IABC leaders to gain valuable leadership development skills that can be applied in your chapter and in your career.

We are excited to announce our second keynote session, "Member Journey Mapping," which is being facilitated by IABC all-star, Zora Artis, GAICD, SCMP, FAMI, CPM. Zora has facilitated many journey mapping sessions, and will walk LI attendees through the current IABC membership journey and guide them in envisioning what the ideal experience should look like. don't miss this opportunity to shape the future of the IABC member journey.
